Carpenter – Custom Bay and Bow Window Builder

Wage:  $28.00 to $30.00 / Hour

Hours: 40 Hours / Week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time , Day

Build Bay and Bow Windows using wood, metal clad or vinyl profiles. Build wooden forms cut sheet metal and bend to cover wooden forms measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, light weight steen and other materials. Read and interpret blueprints finishing wood surfaces including staining, varnishing, painting to a high standard. Glazing, install glass in shop and on site. Install windows, doors and hardware. Supervise, delegate work orders and coordinate activities of workers. Setting up scaffolding on work sites. Signing off on shipping and receiving. Training employees. Ability to grow with the company.
Port folio of past work would be an asset.
